About the club
About
A student-run club for equity research and portfolio management, open to every Notre Dame undergraduate.
The club exists so that students can learn investing by doing it. Members choose a company, build a model and a thesis, defend both in front of the room, and live with the result. Roughly 400 students attend meetings, and the work is the same whether you are pitching for the first time or covering a holding you have followed for two years.
Everything the club owns was voted in by its members. Positions are researched before they are bought, covered for as long as they are held, and sold when the thesis stops holding up. Members also compete against other schools, publish an annual report, and draw on an alumni network across asset management, banking, and corporate finance.
